The conference will take place on 29 August – 2 September 2022 in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday 28 August (check-in at the accommodation will be open from 3pm) and depart on Friday 2 September. For travel planning you may wish to consult NSinternational or Bahn.de. The nearest station is Utrecht Centraal.
Every participant will be reimbursed for her travel costs.

The conference schedule is as follows:

Hostel Utrecht – Bunnik

For the duration of the workshop, we have rented out the accommodation Hostel Utrecht – Bunnik exclusively for our group.
All participants will be reimbursed for their stay from Sunday to Friday. Extra nights can be arranged depending on availability.
The regular dinners and evening (professional development) activities will take place at the hostel.

Dinner on Sunday and Tuesday will be between 19.00 and 20.00.
The conference dinner will take place at Restaurant Vroeg, close to the hostel.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be served every day between 7.30 and 9.30.

During the day, we will be at Utrecht University:
The plenary gatherings on Monday and Friday mornings will take place in Atlas, in the Victor J. Koningsbergergebouw.
The group work will take place in rooms in the Buys Ballotgebouw.
Lunches will take place at the Educatorium cafeteria.

The university is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute cycle ride away from the hostel. We will rent bikes for anyone who wants to use one. Those who need other modes of transport will be taken care of.
Both the university and the hostel are easy to reach from Utrecht Central Station, either by bus or by tram.

There will be childcare available for those who need it, at the hostel, for the duration of the workshop (Monday morning through Friday evening).
